Sales Executive
Requirements:
- Graduated from University
- Two years sales experience
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal communication skills, team player
- Outgoing, self motivated, result-oriented and highly customer focused
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls and be responsible for day-to-day customer visits
- Responsible for customers enrolment and after-sales service
- Provide good customers service through product knowledge, handling enquiries and enrolment documentation
- Ensure customers enquiries by phone or in person are answered promptly
- Liaise with the clinical and hospital staff on a regular basis so as to maintain good relationship
- Achieve the annual sales target assigned by management
Medical Laboratory Technologist
Job Summary
To perform blood sample processing and other relevant duties assigned by Laboratory Director/Supervisor
Requirements:
- Holder of university degree or high diploma in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- Part II registered with Medical Laboratory Technologies Board of Hong Kong
- Ambitious, self-motivated and a team player
- Basic computer knowledge such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for proper processing of all cord blood / placental blood samples
- To be responsible for proper storage and maintenance of cord blood stem cells
- To maintain laboratory equipment and strictly follow quality control guidelines and standards
- To carry out laboratory related duties as assigned including but not limited to general clerical work such as typing, filing, data entry, keeping accurate records of sample data and inventory
- To implement quality assurance measures in appropriate areas
- To perform any other job-related duties as specified by the Laboratory Supervisor or Laboratory Director
Assistant Customer Service Officer
Requirements:
- University graduate with science degree
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Strong service minded, initiative and aggressive
- Good interpersonal and sales skill to understand customer needs
- Basic computer knowledge such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily sales activities to meet with client in person (may conduct doctor visit, if required)
- Proactively generate new business via direct selling to ‘right’ customer through marketing events or clinic visit
- Follow up referrals from Customer Service Office (Hotline)
- Support joint marketing program to explore new business opportunities
- Handling non office hour hotline
- Support team head to ensure fulfilling of all quality standard (including AABB standard)
